Before this place closed down for awhile it was amazing. We got the thin crust pizza and the cheese, the style of the pizza and... the taste was all different. It was terrible. Don't know why it was changed but sadly papa John's is better... so sad about thisnew change... Read more
We posted photos of similar deep dish pizzas from this same restaurant but 8 years apart; we were back in Waco and wanted to ?go... back to that place that had great Chicago deep dish pizza?. Got there at 6 PM and there were probably five tables busy, butstaff seemed flustered by having to get a table for a party of five. Once seated, it was another 15 minutes just to bringdrinks; once we ordered two small deep dishes and one calzone, it was another 45 minutes to get the food. Once we got the pizza,the crust tasted as if it had been frozen at some point and then baked in the oven - otherwise, ingredients on the pizza werefresh; the pizza was otherwise very watery. As you can see from the photos, the 2014 pizza was much better looking with richersauce. Our server says their crust is made fresh; I beg to differ and say ?fresh frozen? and then heated as they need it. Youcan can actually see the water in the pan on 10/2022 photo; the pizza from 2014 didn?t need such a serving pan because it wasdone the right way. Read more
Love the pizza here. Please bring back the crybaby jalapenos. They make your pizza place different and I know a lot of people... including myself would order more. Can we bring a sealed jar in if you dont carry them? They are a pizza game changer. Read more
Place just ok. I've had better deep dish. May have been a victim of late dining for having arrived about an hour before closing.... The pizza was very watery bit the garlic parm wings were very tasty. Service was very good though. I'd give them another try ifI'm ever in Waco again. Read more
First time eating here. First time having rosatis.Chris was our waitress and was very kind and helpful. Top notch service. The... food was great. Came in for lunch and even ordered a pizza to go for dinner tonight . The only bad thing is that we have todrive almost an hour to eat at rosatis pizza. Definitely have to look at a franchise opportunity in my area. Read more
They were out of 3 items that we ordered. Then our pizza comes out and it's not made correctly. The toppings are all on top the... cheese is not melted at all and the whole pizza is cold. Read more
