We had reservations at 6pm and when we arrived, we were told they were getting our table ready and would be just minute. We... watched many people come in and be seated right away. It was 6:20 and we were tired of waiting to be seated. No one was sayinganything to us but we wanted drinks and were celebrating my husband's birthday so we became anxious and asked how much longerfor our table? The 4 hosts looked at each other confused and then magically our table was ready and we were seated. The RanchRattlers appetizer was great with Shrimp, Jalapeño and cheese and Fried Onions but then when my husband got the Cajun Ribeyewith shrimp on top he said the shrimp and topping was terrible. He scraped it off and just ate the rest. Also, my niece got ashrimp meal and didn't like the way that shrimp tasted either and said it was chewy. I got the plain Ribeye and it was great.The fries were not so good. We were all very surprised that each one of our meals came with only one side and a salad especiallymy sister in law who absolutely does not like salads or vegetables. We could not order a different side which we thought wasvery strange. The prices are high for the quality of food and being forced to eat salad. We still had a good time once we allgot our drinks. My niece had to wait until we received our food and everyone else was half done with their drinks before gettingher Sangria so that was not very good either. Our server Adrian was very nice and fun. Also, no desert was provided free for thebirthday guy, my husband, but my nephew paid for it so that was nice. The chocolate cake was amazing and came with vanilla icecream and drizzled with chocolate sauce on top. I recommend that. Oh and I recommend the Cheese Froes appetizers thar my nephewgot. Really great food. It was the service. The waitress Alison was so amazing. She said it was her 3rd day on the job,but she was... so nice and in check with our table. We ended up leaving like a 48%tip just between two of us. Way to go Alison you deserve it Read more
We all know Salt Grass. Good basic steaks nothing spectacular but very dependable. Love the bread as appetizer. I also enjoy... their salads, very fresh. Driving through town and stopped at this one. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are a part of theLanduarys chain so like earning the rewards. Read more
My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a date night tonight. The food was spectacular, we each got a sirloin and it was... perfectly cooked. But what really set off our dinner was the wonderful service! Jonah was awesome and so polite. Our table wasclean, drinks always filled, and our plates came to our table promptly. We’ll be back! We had an excellent lunch and great service. Chicken Laredo with crunchy green beans, 10 Oz. Sirlion with grilled shrimp and 8... Oz. Sirlion with fried onions. House salads were good and fresh too. Read more
We came in on a Thursday evening with a group of 13. Tyler was our server and he told us he had been on the job for only a week... and a half. He was PHENOMENAL! Very polite and on top of all of our needs before we even asked. Food was excellent as well. Our out of state guests were impressed. Southern hospitality at its best! Read more
