Stopped at this Schlotzsky's travelling through Waco. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a sandwich to go that wasn't anything... close to what I ordered. Very disappointing experience and won't be stopping there again. Read more

After getting my mac and cheese order wrong twice from an inattentive cashier, this is how my bacon grilled cheese came... out. This is what they're calling a serving of avocado. It's literally not even a teaspoon. When going back to the cashieragain, her response was, "well, you can try to talk to someone at the next counter". Too busy taking other people's money to beconcerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Won't be back to this location again. Read more
