I go in one early morning. (I haven't been here in a long while and I won't be going back) but anyway I come in and that lady... that come to the register has a whole attitude!! She has a ugly look on her face and she making faces every time I ordersomething. So I ask is there a problem why do you have a attitude and it completely went hay wire after that she started goingoff on me screaming at me in front of everybody and the manager finally came around after I called her over and she literallyhad to hold the girl back this is so unprofessional and disrespectful. What kind of ppl are you'll hiring to let themdisrespect your customers like that and all the manager said is I wil talk with her. Read more

Good homey place to go for a chat with friend and enjoy a great cup of coffee and of course, a donut.
This place has gone to the pit. This use to be a good place. I specifically ask for a cinnamon roll with nuts on top and they... gave me what looks like a sticky buns. Then they try to argue with me. I will never ever go back to Shipley?s. Read more

Ok So The Reason I Am Giving 3 ???'s Is Because We Were Not Amused By The Pre Boxed Donuts.We Came And Bought Donuts On... 4/2/22,And They Seemed Like They Have Been In The Box For Awhile. They Were Smashed Closed Together. We Buy From Shipley's On ARegular Basic And Know That They Boxed There Donuts ???? Today was our first and last time visiting this location. I was really looking forward to coming in today to try this place out.... I was not impressed at all and slightly disappointed. We felt rushed (I know they're busy, I understand that) but we were notdragging our feet on our order either. I can deal with not so great customer service if the food is good, but it wasn't.
