Put my order in at the store 15 minutes early because they ate so slow. Once I got to store I waited 20 more mi used, anf a... barista with red hair and shaved head was laughing at me because I was late for work and she told me I would have to wait or togo some place else. This store is consistently slow and they have Terrible customer service I am going to find another coffeeshop so I am not late to work because apparently is is a joke to you. Read more

When I arrived for my morning coffee this morning I was met with an annoyed sigh and an ugly look from the man behind the... counter. He was unprofessional, short, and rude. Hunter is awesome. There was a problem when I got my coffee, I did not realize this until after I had left... I called explained... the issue and he was beyond helpful. Wonderful coffee, exployees are always very nice and friendly. If there is a major delaythey will let you know and offer a refund if you ordered ahead and can't wait. Read more
DON'T COME HERE. We waited 15 minutes for 1 drink and it was ready for at least 10 minutes and yet they NEVER called it out,... but they were YELLING everyone else's at the top of their lungs. Read more
