I ordered 2 steak burrito supremes. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order, I got 2 burritos with no steak on either of them.... I can?t even get anyone on the phone to correct this issue. I?ve given this store the benefit of the doubt many times, but if Idon?t get a couple of free steak burritos (that actually have steak on them.), my family and I will definitely not come backhere. Showed up here a few minutes before 11pm (closing time) raising hell because of a door dash issue that they blamed on the... restaurant. Shorty, the manager and the other associate (sorry I didn?t catch your name) working were very kind and patient withme as they explained the circumstance despite my extreme frustration. I truly appreciate that even though the fault was nottheirs, that they still took the time to speak with me any ways and went above and beyond. This location has the worst customer service. Waited 20 mins in the drive through and got to the window, I asked the lady to... repeat my order back to me to make sure it was correct and I informed her that one of my items was missed and asked if she couldadd it. She ROLLED HER EYES at me and said ?you see how many people are in this line?? I kindly told her never-mind and took myincomplete order. Never in the service industry have I been talked to this way. Very disappointing to see. Management needs tokeep track of customer and employee engagements. Update: Went back a day or so later? they are open until 12am? I was told at9:30pm that the kitchen was closed. Pulled around the corner to the workers out on the patio eating and smoking. Don?t reallyknow what?s going on here but seemed like no body wanted to do their job. Read more

10/10/22 Several people had pulled up at 8:02 and they tell us they are closed because people didn?t want to show up for work?... when the restaurant was filled with employees sitting inside on there phones. So basically your employees are getting paid tosit around? . Read more

Check your order before pulling away. I just ordered a steak quesadilla and they didnt even try to cook it. UPDATE 9/10/22:... It's lmost a year but I figured lets give them another chance. I guess this is how you bag a burrito and quesadilla. We just wadit up and throw it in the bag. Read more

Not sure what?s going on with this Taco Bell but it?s not good. We sat in the drive thru line for almost 15 mins with only a few... cars in front of us before we were able to order. When we were ordering, we were told that their ?new policy according to theirnew management? was that they had to charge to swap the seasoned beef for potatoes when there has never been an extra charge forthat swap and you can order it online for no extra charge. That is not a policy that a Taco Bell manager gets to change for eachindividual store. We left before we finished ordering because you aren?t going to scam us out of more money at a Taco Bell.Hopefully this ?new management? can get it together Read more

There?s a lot of issues at this location but the first thing that needs to be changed before anything else will improve is their... management. I was in today, 8/04/22 around 12:30 pm and the manager on duty was being so mean to her staff. I couldn?t believewhat I was seeing. There were 5 staff working so the issues weren?t being low staffed. The issues clearly stemmed from the staffnot caring about their job because of how poorly their manager treats them. I don?t know if she?s the gm or was just shiftsupervisor but you?re never going to have adequate staff who want to do their job if you have a manager treating and talking tostaff that way. Read more

Went through the drive through at 9:30 AM on a Thursday. No answer at the speaker. Waited a few minutes then drove up to the... drive thru window, no one by the window and looked dead inside. There was a car parked there so someone was inside. From theother reviews it looks like this is the norm for this location. How has Taco Bell corp. not done anything about this? Read more
