Finally came here because someone on IG recommended it. We arrived around 3 pm on a Friday and it wasn’t busy. Went for the... loaded chopped brisket sandwhich in a bun with sauce for takeout because we were in a rush. Quite disappointed as the meat hadno flavour. Amazing brisket, get sliced and lean. The sausage was my favorite. The place is unassuming from the outside, but very modern... and efficient. You can actual order from the table. The manager was nice and came to our table to make sure we were good. Iwish these people all the best fortunes. We are from NC so we didn't get any pulled pork (we make the best), though I wastempted by the nachos. People of Waco, this is a gem, support them.
