Finally came here because someone on IG recommended it. We arrived around 3 pm on a Friday and it wasn’t busy. Went for the... loaded chopped brisket sandwhich in a bun with sauce for takeout because we were in a rush. Quite disappointed as the meat hadno flavour. We could taste the oiliness from the sauce, the pickles and the pepper, but the meat was lacking. Read more

Amazing brisket, get sliced and lean. The sausage was my favorite. The place is unassuming from the outside, but very modern... and efficient. You can actual order from the table. The manager was nice and came to our table to make sure we were good. Iwish these people all the best fortunes. We are from NC so we didn't get any pulled pork (we make the best), though I wastempted by the nachos. People of Waco, this is a gem, support them. Can’t go to Texas without going out for barbecue and this place hit the spot. It’s authentic and had fast service. The meat... had a good smoky flavor. Definitely recommend if your looking for some good Texas barbecue. Read more
Great food! I would recommend the chopped brisket or the gut pack. I like the beans. The potato salad is on the chunky side, but... has pretty good flavor. The pecan pie is okay. The establishment is clean, family friendly, and has plenty of parking. Would bea great place to watch a game. They get really busy so sometimes it's hard to get through on the phone. So far one of the best BBQ's we stumbled across during our visit to Waco. We had a wonderful Brisket and Pulled pork with Mac... and Cheese, baked beans and the most delightful banana pudding. We will be going back there for sure once we visit the areaagain. Read more
