Stopped by the drive thru and the line was extremely long. The cashier had the hardest time taking my order. It was only a... baconator fries and a small chili. I decided not to order anything after the first two items had finally been understood. Foodtasted fine. Read more
Pretty good experiences that have gotten better with time actually, of course thing have been forgotten or completely wrong but... that happens from time to time. The important part is that maybe the last 4 times I've went the food was properly warm and theorder was done correctly. Read more
None of the fountain drinks available. Previously had iced tea and it had soured/gone bad. Staff shortage and just not on top... of things for several months. Current staff seem capable but lots of problems showing mgt not on top of managing. They needHELP ASAP. not a good time to eat here. Read more
Loved the strawberry salad ! The young lady that waited on me at the counter was very sweet. The only thing, she had to stop and... pack all her orders herself ????. Where's the team work. Lobby was closed at 8:45pm so I went thru drive thru. Sat in line for 2 minutes shy of 30 minutes...there were only 4 cars ahead... of me,for a single extra tomatoes add bacon and 2 medium strawberry frosty's. It's called FAST FOOD but that sure wasn't whatthey were serving. There was a time when a Wendy's burger was fast,hot and delicious and customer service was amazing. The employee working the drive thru was amazing. The food widow employee was amazing. We got frosty's the new strawberry and a... chocolate. The strawberry one was delicious. We will definitely be going back as long as the weather is hot. Read more
This particular location is always slow. It's terrible. Maybe they don't understand sandbagging? Recently, we downloaded the app... to order ahead, but even that was a failure. We ordered and then drove to the location. After checking in upon arrival I waited30 minutes in a parking space, then got into the drive-through to ask about my order, which took another 12 minutes. My orderwas accurate and they said they remade it (could've hit it in the microwave), but in all it took almost an hour for two burgers,two fries, four nuggets, and a drink. No apologies.
