My order was right but I don't enjoy a mean loud attitude from the drive thru when I just ask a question. I've worked in the... fast food industry and I know it can be tough sometimes, that's why I try to stay kind. But, it's really difficult when you'retreated in such a way. Please, do better. Read more

We went a couple days ago and as we drive away from the drive thru window, we noticed our order was wrong. I had to pull around... and go inside to let the manager know that the order was wrong. He proceeded to argue with me that it was my fault because I hadchanged my order at the last minute. I told him that the order was read back to me so how could they have messed it up. Then hesays, well we fixed it so what's the problem. The problem is that I had to come inside the restaurant to have them correct theorder. He didn't realize this is a big problem especially when you have young kids in the car. He didn't apologize for themistake. All he had to say was that is was my fault. The server is the most personable fast-food attendant whom I have encountered in recent memory; she treats everyone as a... "regular." The French fries were true-to-billing crunchy; and I rather liked the brioche bun. My grandson wasted no time withdipping sauce for his nuggets, consuming them in record time and then going to snag some from my wife's humble order. Not everyWendy's store offers self-serve drinks, but this one even boasts the fancy formulary fountain. I'd return if prompted. Read more
