Ordered food Sat in line for 10 minutes. I was asked to pull up after I payed. Then the cashier came out and said it was going... to be another 7 minutes for my grilled chicken sandwich. I would simply like to point out that I ordered my food and waited approx. 47 minutes for an incorrect order and then waited an... additional 10 for my shake. Thank you to the 2 employees that actually cared about the 7 people standing in the lobby waitingfor 15+ minutes for their food. My food was sitting on the counter for about 17 of that 47 and it took that amount of time foran employee to ask what my order number was and simply hand it to me off the counter. I don't typically write reviews that arethis critical. However, I have never had this bad of service either. Just try a little harder to help customers in the drivethru and the lobby. I could see the 12 drinks prepped for the drive thru and you had customers waiting in the lobby. Read more
Our first experience at Whataburger wasn't all that great, but not that bad either. It was just so-so. Staff was friendly, but... didn't seem to care if we were there or not. The salad was good. The burger was okay. It would have been better if it hadbeen fresh. Seemed as if it had sat around under a heat lamp for awhile. Got hit up for money inside and outside of the storeby homeless folks. Would skip this place and go straight to In-n-Out burger next time. Read more

Absolutely awesome we went at 3.30 am driving all night we ordered no problem the staff was nice and helpful I got the patty... melt and it was very good . We got three adult meals all were good my fries we not as hot as id like but for 3 am I didn'texpect much. Also got a strawberry shake was yummy ???? . Thank you will be back. Read more
Absolutely do not get a patty melt from this location. They?re completely undercooked. The bread is either covered in grease or... plain white. The bread is never toasted. It?s disgusting. Read more
