Hwy 340 / Hwy 84 location We waited 45 minutes for curbside order that they said wasn't ready I asked for refund , Manager... Kathleen didn't know how to do refund for order from Whataburger app! They gave us wrong drinks , food was ice cold with soggyTexas toast , fries hard and cold and workers laughed at myself and other customers who complained. Drive thru was not busy!Doesn't make sense why they are handing out cold old food if it wasn't ready when we arrived . Poor leadership at this locationand employees who just don't care about customers are work ethics. I called customer service and they said I would be refundedbut I'm more concerned with how many have gotten sick from this location serving up old food? A worker also said chilli isexpired at this location and so is ranch ? Health inspector please check this location out for real ???? Read more

Drive through: the female taking the order wasn't able to pay attention because she was joking around with other workers. She... finally took the order, read it back to us, but everything was wrong when we got the food. Drinks were wrong, burgers were theopposite of what we ordered, fries were ice cold ???? We asked for some spicy ketchup and after a big sigh, she gave us 1ketchup. Asked for another, and she said no. This was close to midnight, and I had just gotten out of the hospital, so we wereready to get home. We didn't discover all of the mistakes until we got home. Overall, it just seemed to be playtime there, andfood was a very distant second to whatever highjinx were drawing all attention away from food, temperature of food, accuracy oforder etc. The shake machine was reportedly broken as well. If you want a great Texas Whataburger experience, I suggest you visit here if you are in or near Waco. The customer service was... great! The cashier had a great attitude and was very helpful and efficient. There were a nice amount of people there, and theyhandled everyone so professionally and got them their food very quickly. I was very pleased because my food was fresh, hot, andmade exactly the way I asked. Thank you to the cashier who helped me, and 5 Stars to all of the workers. The service wasn't that great. They were too busy trying to take orders instead of getting the ones they already had taking... right. My fries were cold and the wait was long and no one brought that to ur attention they just tool ur order and 35 minslater u got ur food cold..SHOULD BE CALLED WHATAMESS! Read more

Negative zero stars , Very disappointed from customer service . As i asked for a Combo that was a simple customized no pickles &... no sauce & Extra lettuce . she gave me such Attuide .. which I didn't understand why ?! I came to work to find a HAIR in mysandwich ! which I would of brought back to the Whataburger but I have hr. lunch take me 23 min there and back . The wholeexperience was very disappointing .
