40 min to get a order out to the customer is very unprofessional for a establishment. 4 managers on duty and not one of them... had the organizational and leadership skills to properly run a flow of demanded orders. 2 of the managers left the establishmentto walk around the building and not one apology was given to the customers. Fast food places really just hire ANYBODY these days. These KIDS working the Drive through are either rude AF or they don?t... speak and just stare at you through the window being weird and making people uncomfortable . I asked for ranch and they actedlike they put it in my bag because I heard one of the very young female employees asking another young male employee ?did shelook in the bag?? As I was driving off. I?m always nice to fast food employees because I have worked on fast food myself and youcome across some pretty horrible human beings. This is the one time I have regretted being any bit of polite to them rude kidsbecause there?s really no reason to treat customers the way they did me today. I never leave reviews for any place but I had theTIME TODAY ! all I wanted to do was enjoy some good food on my lunch break before going back to work but coming in contact withthose kids really just ruined my whole day. 12 people on shift, and we got double fried frys, and cold burgers. Plus the toast wasn't even 20% toasted. Its more like... crispy edges, and super soft everything else. Over all the place would do better if they did what the other whataburgers did ,and renovated this place. So much of the kitchen is old and layered with years of use. I get fast food is "fast" but thereshould definitely be a little more enforcement on what's usable and just being honest with your self to not serve something justover what's considered good. This Whataburger needs new management or something. They've been consistently inconsistent the past couple of years. The drive... through lines are always long and slow. And you would think as long as you waited your food would be fresh right? Nope! Cheeseslices just sitting on top of the burger patties...it's supposed to be melted between and it wasn't. Fries cold and overlysalty. So that tells me the "we don't make it til you order it" slogan doesn't apply at this location. You shouldn't have totake your food home and microwave it. Read more
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru line to place my order. No sense of urgency here. I really don't know how they stay in business.... Need a new management team here.watched 10 cars drive of. And when i did get to order the employee say," okay what do you want"no welcome to whataburger or nothing. Waited 35 minutes to order and another 15 to get the food. Read more
Whatever you guys have done over there the last cpl of yrs keep doing that. I can honestly say that I have now eaten a burger... that looks like the Pic. This particular store seems to stay packed 24/7. Back years ago it would have taken a while to get yourorder now its cut the wait way down. Worth every second Read more
