The staff is amazing and fun - I love it
Love Caribou so much! Their Nitro High Rise is amazing and I'm getting it every time I go.
Unfortunately - keeps going downhill. Coffee's are rarely ever filled all the way - usually 3/4 or less. The last two times I... got a bagel with cream cheese they had next to nothing on it - so skimpy and cheap. Waist of time and money. Being that thereare many good coffee options in the area, it is easy for me to walk away from here and go to Mocha Monkey where at least mydrinks are full and orders are correct. Caribou has never been my "go-to", but now it is my "never go-to". Read more

Normally a great location. We visit this location often. This time was very poorly handled. I brought my entire family out for... caribou and a movie on Saturday. I got in line with 2 cars before me. I wait my turn and noticed a sign posted on the speakersaying closed at 2pm. It was 2:04, but they took the 2 orders ahead of me after 2pm. No one was in line behind us. I get theshorter hours with the "labor shortage", but come on. I know eventually they have to cut it off when people keep lining up. Butwe were the last car there. I know they can see that on the camera. It's not just the 5+ minutes we waited in line, it's the 30minutes we left early to come there so we would have time to finish our drinks before the movie. I?ve been going to this Caribou for a couple years now and love how nice the people are, but I?ve noticed my orders have been... getting screwed up more and more. It used to be a rare occurrence, but now it?s a couple times a month. Very frustrating. Iwill bring it up how my order was wrong and they?re usually good about giving me a replacement, but for how much you?re payingfor a drink, I shouldn?t have to worry about my order getting screwed up.
