I go to this subway at least once a week for lunch, however, probably not anymore. I went through the drive through which takes... forever and got the wrong sandwich for the 2nd time in the past few weeks. Not only disappointed about that but also the factthat there was marinara sauce all over the sandwich paper(not from my wrong sandwich but someone else?s) and all over thenapkins that were in the bag also-yuck. I was Just in the subway in waconia today as my wife is in the hospital the young man taking my order, a meatball sub and a... roasted chicken sub was the most amazing young man. He was beyond polite he was very caring when he found out my wife was in thehospital. He should train the entire staff world wide for subway in customer service. Just an outstanding young man.
