The kiosks take away the welcoming feeling. This I found to be impersonal on so many levels. The staff also seemed to be... impersonal as well and this is a bit disappointing as working in retail or restaurant, the key is interpersonal skills. Update at bottom. (Improvement) Customer service stinks! No one was friendly at all! The place was filthy! Food was ok. The... drive thru is busy but I think if they knew how dirty it was they wouldn't go.Update: Thought I would try coming to thisrestaurant again in hopes that it would be better. Well I was wrong. The guy at the register was so greasy and sweaty I thoughtI was going to puke! When I went to get my drink there was a spider on the counter!! The place was still filthy! Never goingthere again! Editing my review, I wanted to try going a third time because I use to love their food. I am much more impressed!The gentleman was very nice, I believe he was the manager. Very helpful and the restaurant was much cleaner. The food was veryfast and fresh. I will be coming again. Is it just because of this manager that it's better at this time of day? Well I have been thought here multiple times. I was excited when they came up the service is poor and don?t go during dinner... time due to the fact if you don?t check your food they probably have it all wrong. I went through one morning and there was meand one other car I asked for a breakfast crunch wrap with sausage and I got bacon I will add picks down below this is sick 7amin the morning only 2 cars and wrong food???? The slowest drive through ever. Got stuck in line waiting for 35 minutes. I placed my order ahead of time and then had to wait... 35 minutes to get to the order box. Was asked to wait just a minute before I could order/tell them I had an order. Waitedanother 8 minutes before they acknowledged us again. Read more
UPDATE: Decided to try this place out again and I'm glad I did, the kid at the counter was awesome. Super personable and on it.... Hope he's working everytime I go there! I ordered food for my entire staff. When we arrived to pick it up, I was told that itwasn't ready. That was fine and expected. It was lunch rush. However, the lady who I was speaking with was rude and said "48taco order in the middle of lunch rush, really?!". Not acceptable. I'm sorry that my crew eats lunch at, you know.... lunchtime. I will definitely not be buying lunch for my staff there again. Read more
This taco bell is brand new and has been excellent so far. Every time I've ordered the order has been correct and the tacos and... burritos are packed full to the top with ingredients! One morning they were low on eggs so I had to wait a few extra minutes formy order, but while I waited they gave me a free large drink and when my food came out it was piping hot and they gave me avoucher for a free combo meal for the "inconvenience " I didn't ask for or demand the pop or free meal. Unfortunately the fact that this store is new did not protect it from lackluster service and just ok food. It's a typical slow... fast food place. I gave it a 4 for atmosphere because the drive thru looks nice. Read more
