How is that at a truck stop they close early. Locked the doors as I was approaching the front door and told me they close at... 9:40pm . How? Google maps and on the door it clearly says 10pm. Literally the nicest ladies and workers I have ever encountered at a Subway. I have to admit, I am very particular about my... sandwich and they were patient and helpful. I drove past 6 other subways just to come to this one, 25 minutes from home. Theyhave soup at this location too! Read more
Customer service at this location is lacking. The sandwich artist got frustrated when I asked if he could change out the lettuce... because it was brown. Then my meal should have been rang up as a combo. But the female sandwich artist rang each itemindivually. Today's visit just confirmed that I will not purchase from this location again. Read more
Stopped for an early lunch. My bread was cold, refrigerator cold. I asked for senior discount and was told they don't give any... discounts, even for our military because there were too many of them. Take my senior discount and give it to the military. Thelady working there seemed proud they didn't give the military a discount. Shame on them. Read more
Staff was rude. The lady who made my sandwich acted angry and was very short with me. We waited forever to get our sandwiches... made because they only had two people working there. One of our sandwiches that was made fell apart because the quality of thebread was extremely poor. We questioned about the bread before the sandwich was made and the lady acted like she didn't care atall about the quality of the sandwich. Extremely poor experience overall. Read more
Loved the convenient location. My family ate around noon and it was very busy but the wait was not too long and the staff was... friendly. I did plan on ordering a specific meat but I don't think it was communicated well and I ended up with something else.It was still good though and the vegitables where fresh. Read more
