Ordered in drive thru during a very slow time. The girl that answered was clearly not thrilled to be at work. She was rude and... very short with her answers. Get to the window hand over card. She hands me the receipt and card back. Had to be less than aminute after getting my card back, that she hands me my food. I instantly knew it couldn't possibly be fresh. None of it. Boywas I right. Fries were not even warm, but they were also mushy. The burger ???????? half the patty fell out when I lifted theburger to take a bite. I opened it up and it had been put on the bun in 3 separate pieces. What in the hell? I would have gladlywaited for fresh food. When you are that slow, drop food as it's ordered. Don't let it sit so long that the patty ends up inseveral pieces. Kinda want my money back after how pathetic this all went. Read more
Sat in drive through for 6 mins waiting for two cars in front if us to place order. No one moved. Gave up. Went to McDonald's
I pulled up to the drive through window at 6:40AM today (Sunday 8/14/2022) and the menu was lit up but the speaker was off as... was the light at the cashier window. No mix and match sandwiches for me today I guess! Read more
Went through the drive thru. Ordered a Southwestern whopper, which was a whopper by no means. It was about the same size as the... palm of my hand. Also a spicy hand breaded chicken sandwich. Took all of maybe 2 minutes to get. Last time I had the chickensandwich it took like 10 minutes if not longer to make. So not freshly made this time. My problem was with the whopper. I wasalready home when I started eating it. Tasted good. Got down to the last bite and there it was. A piece of a sticker hanging outof my burger. Only good part of that was when I looked, all of the sticker was still there. Won't be going back there again orprobably to any Burger King ever again. Read more

We came in on Friday, June 3rd around 10pm and they were polite and super accommodating for our huge pain of an order. The food... was all correct even when we requested some plains and some with no tomatoes and a bunch of random stuff. Props to whoever wasworking you set us up! Thank you! Read more
They have some friendly staff but it's really hit or miss if you get someone nice. Their pop always tastes funny. Just today I... went and my onion rings were soggy like they hadn't been cooked all the way. The owner doesn't listen to complaints and arguesback with customers. The last time I was there an employee yelled at me when I was trying to tell them that my pop was flat. Theowner should be embarrassed, they don't take customer feedback and they serve really bad food with really bad service. Saveyourself any trouble and go to Subway or McDonalds. Read more
After order was taken we went to the window to pick up our food. They asked what we ordered and we told them. We paid and they... gave us our drink. Shut the window and waved... they opened the window and said "what?!!" Ummmm my food... we only live 6blocks away from the restaurant. When we opened our bag... the fries weren't fully cook almost raw, and our burgers were sloopedtogether. For sure thinking twice about ever going back!!! Read more
