I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and the only thing on the sandwich was a soggy bun and a piece of chicken.... Nothing like the picture showed. Fries were pretty soggy and it seemed like it was sitting for hours in grease. Didn't getketchup with them so I was a little bummed when I found out on the road. After about 4 hours I felt uneasy and sick. About pukedbut swallowed it. Don't wish this on anyone. Read more

Everything was good for the most part, but please. I went to the drive-through, and ordered something, it wasn?t repeated back... to me, and apparently my order was completed without my say in it. She didn?t ask ?Would you like anything else?? Or tell me mytotal. She thought I was a new customer when greeted again. Finally got the rest of my order through, but come on. My 3 youngest & eldest child were so hungry after going to their brothers boxing match, 2-3 hrs from home if we don't get lost.... However, this McD's is the perfect place to stop before going in either direction. Not many options. The food was fresh, tastedgreat. We had to wait only an extra 5-6 minutes & when they brought us our food let us know why it wasn't ready at the window.Courtesy, polite staff. Read more
I ordered curbside pick up a Big Mac and stuff drive all the way back to Staples to eat my lunch and open my Big Mac box and... there is something missing lettuce! I didn't ask for no lettuce. So I call them hoping they would do something about it andnothing I was told that they have been telling everyone through the drive through that they were out of lettuce but how couldthey tell me I picked up curbside? The app didn't say anything that they were out of lettuce and the person that brought myfood out didn't say anything about being out of lettuce other wise I would have ordered something else . Large fry had the amount of a small fry in it. Waste of money. Also charged us for an extra sauce... shouldn't it be one sauce... per fry for free? Also got part of our order wrong. Just bad all around. Read more
