Ordered a pizza picked it up drove away got home to find the f×ing cheese was not even melted . Whoever the heck owns this... place best evaluate there employees . Can't honestly say that they have got an order right in a couple months . From forgettingto put the sauce on the pizza to having it without the cheese melted . First pizza was missing toppings, second one was wrong crust and raw in middle, third was right other than being over cooked. ... Then they tell me they can't refund my money, I'd have to call corporate the next day, so no refund and a raw and overcookedpizza. All in one night. Read more

The guy barely knew how to do his job. My boyfriend went to pick up the food we had ordered and he nearly forgot the pasta... (claiming we never ordered two just one). Boyfriend got home and we discovered they were the wrong pasta and the wings weordered were so tiny and rock hard. Read more
The only few good things was the bread sticks and wings and our waitress... the manager is very rude and has no customer service... cares in the world. Very disrespectful towards customers... they honestly should just shut down the wadena pizza hut or hire newmanager!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
Personally, I feel Puzza Hut employees are slacking. Our pizza we ordered was horrible. We got a Large Super Supreme Stuffed... crust. The pizza came & the toppings were so shriveled & the taste wasn't appealing. The crust wasn't soft & it was thinner thancardboard. It hardly had cheese on the pizza itself & darn near no sauce.. don't plan on eating there for quite a while exceptto maybe get wings because that's something they did right. Read more
