Took over 30 mins to get (3) Route 44 drinks and a medium drink. Drinks were so jammed with ice there was maybe a few swallows... of actual drink. They took our money THEN told us they couldn?t find the Route 44 cups then managed to find them after all. Chuck you need to get your stores trained MUCH better!!! Plus the food quality is way below par even for Fast Food, burgers arebarely warm when handed to you, fries are cooked in over used grease and taste like it. Read more
Do not give them your debit or credit card! They took my card and held onto it for almost ten minutes. When they gave it back I... let them know that they do not do that!!! I?ve read a review about them stealing card numbers in the past and I am going to bekeeping an eye out on things getting purchased with my card. Ordered three shakes and waited 40 minutes at the window. When Iconfronted them about the card being held too long they had a bad attitude as well. If I was you I would just pass on by theentire town because every place is just like this. Read more
Went to the drive in..Hit the button......and waited. A guy came out asked if we hit the button? It was red! A car pulls up a... girl goes in with her headset on and asks what we want. Two milkshakes! It's nine pm. She says they have no shakes! He ordered aburger ..can't grill anything. Said forget it. Obviously cleaning was not an option. Second attempt here. Never again. I was not going to give this place of business any stars if I cool. I stopped by today around 4pm to get a drink. Ordered my... drink, waited in line, got to the window to pay, and handed the employee my credit card. After a few moments, I look back in andnotice the employee with her phone in her hands and my credit card laying directly on the counter. When she noticed me looking,she threw her phone down and handed me my card and receipt. I didn?t say anything but that seemed suspicious. I locked my cardand went on my way. I just received a notice on my card that it was attempting to be used at Walmart.com. I denied the purchase.I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered claimed to be the manager. I said I would like theinformation for the general manager as I was in earlier today and I do believe my card information was stolen. She claimed thatwasn?t it and that they have to type the card number when the reader doesn?t work. I stated that it was the case and I saw hertake a picture. She started yelling saying that wasn?t it. I advised I just wanted the general managers number so I coulddiscuss. She told me I couldn?t have it. I advised I would be calling the police. Terrible food, and even worse service!! We waited a hour because they couldn?t get our order right. When they finally brought... out the tender meal, our cinnasnacks wasn?t fully cooked. After spending $50 you?d think our order would?ve been correct and ourfood fully cooked!!
