Absolutely awful service. It took 20 minutes to make two sundaes with no one else in line. Once they gave us the ice cream we... realized the menu item that says ?birthday cake? includes chocolate we asked for a cup of plain vanilla ice cream instead. Theysaid they would need to charge for that. They were argumentative and rude. I would find another Ralph?s location to enjoy wherethe owners actually care about their customers. Read more

Can't say anything bad about Italian ice
Went to Ralph?s for ice cream there are no prices posted where I could see,we got a small water ice and a twister with one... topping the price was over sixteen dollars.The quality of product was fined.I asked if price was wrong,the cashier repeated backorder and said crunchies extra.Won?t be back price to high in my option. Supposedly Katie and Olivia serving a large crowd equals poor customer service as I present my Ralph?s bucks for a party buck.... I?m told they aren?t excepted because it doesn?t say wading River. But yet the coupon says accepted anywhere ?if stamped?. Katieproceeded to tell me she will not accept them and I can pay with cash or get out in a frustrated voice.
