Absolutely awful service. It took 20 minutes to make two sundaes with no one else in line. Once they gave us the ice cream we... realized the menu item that says ?birthday cake? includes chocolate we asked for a cup of plain vanilla ice cream instead. Theysaid they would need to charge for that. They were argumentative and rude. I would find another Ralph?s location to enjoy wherethe owners actually care about their customers. Read more

Can't say anything bad about Italian ice
Went to Ralph?s for ice cream there are no prices posted where I could see,we got a small water ice and a twister with one... topping the price was over sixteen dollars.The quality of product was fined.I asked if price was wrong,the cashier repeated backorder and said crunchies extra.Won?t be back price to high in my option. I feel like every time we come here there?s an issue. Got there tonight to get ice cream for the family and the girls complained... the whole time I stood on line (a good 10 minutes) that they were running out of flavors and had none in the back. They weresuper rude and gave me two wrong flavors which were not something we would ever get. Super disappointed and probably won?t comeback to this location, I?d rather drive to the Miller Place one than come back here. Read more

Supposedly Katie and Olivia serving a large crowd equals poor customer service as I present my Ralph?s bucks for a party buck.... I?m told they aren?t excepted because it doesn?t say wading River. But yet the coupon says accepted anywhere ?if stamped?. Katieproceeded to tell me she will not accept them and I can pay with cash or get out in a frustrated voice. I am coming to get mymoney for the coupons and my $1 for the credit card fee I was forced to pay cause you wouldn?t accept the coupons. Read more
