Never stopping again. I end up with food poisoning from a roast beef sandwich worst 24 hours. Noticed when i went by their... sandwich station was a mess and kind of second guess eating there but dicide to anyways. Won't make that mistake again. First off I just wanted to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for being here. Arby's seems to be a dwindling chain among... popular franchise fast food. There was an Arby's in west Waukegan on Grand about 1/4mi east of Green Bay rd but they closeddown had to be at least 8 years ago or so. There's a total of 5 locations in the entire Lake County as far west as Antioch andas far south as North Chicago. I remember stumbling onto this location when driving south on the frontage rd from PleasantPrairie a couple of years ago but when I Googled the hours, was listed as permanently closed so didn't bother with it. A coupleof months ago I decided to Google the location and whatta ya know, they're open and EARLY! I was so pleased knowing there's anArby's location 8 miles and less than 15min away. Truly Arby's has been my favorite fast food for easily the last 10 years.What makes this my favorite is the taste of their roast beef. Give me a half pound roast beef drenched in Arby's sauce with somefries whether curly or crinkle and a soda, I'm a happy man! Normally if the service is below average, if the dining area isn'tclean and/or prices are too high with mediocre food then I won't give a 5?? rating. However, being I'm a die hard fan of theroast beef here, any Arby's will always get my highest rating. I've never heard of any other fast food franchise that resemblesArby's menu and not aware of any limited chain in any state or region of the country that is considered competition. Everything was on point at this Arby's. My chicken sandwich was hot, huge, full of toppings and sauce, and very good. It was... probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had at any Arby's. Also, the man who helped us at the drive through was funny andvery nice. I was very pleased with the customer service and food quality at this Arby's. Read more
I just entered the store at 10:09 pm on 05/30/31 the guy was cleaning up I asked where they still open he tells me they trying... to close but what I want!!??( in a very rude manner) when I told him what I wanted. I guess he couldn't here me he yelled!!WHAT?? I Walked out and said nevermind !! This store will not get my money you guys need to hire people with good customerservice skills or who wants to work !!! By the way the store closes at 11pm!! Read more
2 visits, 2 different outcomes.!! ****5 stars for visit on 5/28/23, round 4/5pm great overall service but.... **** -.2 STAR... (neg 2stars) for 5/29/23 @130pm got my food wrong. .. sandwich and fries, then acted like it was my ALL my fault, plus terribleattitudes wow... something is definitely wrong on this visit !!
