BEWARE! Do not give anyone access to your payment method here! An employee at this location copied my credit card number and... attempted to use it for thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent purchases. The management didn't seem to care at all. Becareful! Read more

I didn't get any response at the drive-through. I had to go inside the store to order. Not very convenient if you're on the go.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a bagel I could throw at the wall and nothing would happen to it. Chai latte was awful.... Not fair. Spent $9 for something I could not eat or drink. Not to mention, the workers are not professional at all. Pretty muchevery drive-thru experience has been bad for me with the employees being rude, lagging, or handing me stale bagels with hardlyany cream cheese. I?ll take my money to another location. Customer service was terrible. I had a coupon that the attendant couldn't scan (worked fine at a different location), so she... called someone to assist. This individual did not understand that a coupon is good through the expiration date (expires today,so today is the last day for use). I left without my coffee and went to one of my regular locations and used my coupon...withno issue. Read more

I frequent this DD because it is on my way to work. I feel bad that they have such a difficult time finding/keeping employees.... Numerous mornings I've stopped and not been able to order anything because they only have one person working. I've had to bringback quite a few coffees because they were made incorrectly. Can rarely order anything that needs to be made in the oven becausethey don't have them turned on. I think today was the final straw.. No coffee... no hot, or iced, nothing at 8:00 AM on aTuesday! How and why is this even possible? I really hope they get their act together. Read more
