I'll still give 2 stars, as we typically have an average experience here. However, ordered $50 worth of food that I would... consider actually being about a $10 value. Ordered their "double" cheeseburger, which looked like a single patty, cut in 2, andstacked. Come to find out after calling and complaining, that's exactly what it is. The manager agreed with me and said "yeah,its a rip off". Also got an order of boneless wings, recieved 7 cold wings for $14. Didn't really get a response to this fromthe manager. Also got a half-full cup of soup and half-cooked baked potato. All manager offered was a $10 gift card. Highlydisappointing. Read more
Wait was nearly spot on to what was quoted, and the service was very prompt. Within a couple minutes of being sat, Sarah... greeted me and took my order (I already knew what I was going to order before getting there) and the chicken and shrimp came outhot and fresh, cooked perfectly and delicious. Our meals were very good but our service was EXCELLENT. Josh is the best. He remembered us from quite a long time ago and is,... without a doubt, one of the best servers at the Wadsworth, OH location. He is very personable and professional. Applebee's islucky to have him in their employ! Read more
The food is always fabulous and the service top notch! LEAH is the most friendly waitress we've had by far! She checked on us to... make sure our drinks were full and our food was good! Plus she looked like she enjoyed jer job! We love Applebee's and havenever been disappointed! Read more
It was slow and the service was mediocre at best. Its unfortunate because the service started off great, but immediately... declined once it came time to order food. Everything was a drawn out wait. We were really trying to figure out what was thehold up haha People that arrived 25 min after we ordered were receiving food and were done eating by the time our food gotthere. Server didn't really clear plates, but she was good with bringing water. Forgot our to-go order. So after waiting a longtime for everything we finally were able to leave. The check took forever as well. What's with these servers, it wasn't evenbusy!! Photo proof of dead restaurant. To top it off, she actually said there were too many servers on the floor and that shewasn't busy at all. We still hooked her up despite her effort level, so she probably thinks her service is good. Atmosphere/temperature in Applebee's was very cold. Had to move to a warmer spot. Server, Michael, was very good and attentive,... but we had to wait for our food for almost an hour. Other patrons were coming in, getting seated and even leaving before wewere even served! Michael said it was a "--crew" and they don't like to cook or something, not that we got anything that wasn'ta normal offering. At least when it came, it was hot and very good.
