Update: I ended up speaking with a manager there named Gabe and he clarified for me that the charges were a mistake and then... refunded my money. I really appreciated that so thanks Gabe! Apparently Chipotle's are franchised, well at least this one is. I bought chips and salsa and they then charged me 3 bucks (which is more than the chips and salsa to begin with) for extrasalsa. They said that they are now charging if you get more than 1 tiny cup of salsa that isn't enough for the chips. I wouldsay this place should be renamed to Chintzpotle. Read more
Usually pretty average. I've had amazing food and subpar food at this location; it's luck of the draw most times it seems like.... They've also gotten orders wrong here and there, but it happens. Read more

I?ve given up on this chipotle. at least the last 10 times I?ve online ordered from this chipotle 8 of those times they forgot... pieces of my order like the sides for my kids meal and my additional sides for the adult entrees as well. And for as frequentlyas I?m ordering, I promise it?s impossible for the excuse ?they were probably out of it? to be possible! I get extremelyfrustrated as it?s not hard to read an online order ticket and confirm the order is correct inside the bag as it reads on thereceipt. As an ex employee I can verify that forgetting items in an online order is rare seeing as typically there?s multipleppl involved in fulfilling the order. No matter how many times I point out their error the problem still never gets resolved.I?ve given this chipotle too many chances and too much money!! Best of luck to this location!! Worst chipotle experience ever they ran out of barbacoa and put the little scraps on my bowl not enough to feed a dog I asked... for me meat and got charged for a double portion then it was the end of the peppers and she poured the rest on my bowl with allthe liquids at the bottom making my bowl a soagy mess got chips and gauc the chips where stale not edible at all. Paid for my meal and didn?t even receive a steak bowl. The delivery options tends to suck and they give you less. I ordered two... steak bowls and neither of my bowls were filled half way up. Every time I go in I get a full bowl. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would! When I ordered I got a burrito and she put the rice into a bowl. When I said something, she... dumped the rice back in the container and put the bowl back on the pile to reuse for the next order. We walked over to the popmachine and there was pop spilled everywhere even on the counter. The forks were jammed the containers going all differentdirections which is a health code violation. The drink and utensil counter were filthy also. The napkins were placed on top ofthe dispenser instead of inside. Every table in the dining area was filthy and looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while.They weren't busy at all when we got there and there was plenty of employees just standing around doing nothing. It is justplain laziness, and they need to be shut down by the health department. The Floors were just as bad as the tables. When I wentinto the restroom it was cleaner than the dining room. We ended up throwing our food away and walking out it was so gross. Iwould not recommend going to this Chipotle. Read more
Ordered online. It was ready when stated. I simply walked in and grabbed it off the shelf, everything was accurate and well made... and good portions. The way it?s supposed to work! Send someone to the court street location in Medina and teach them how to runa chipotle! Thanks! Read more
