Found out the hard way that they have outsourced their ordering process to a call center. I called in to place an order and was... on the phone for 15 minutes only for them to not be able to complete my order and needing to connect me to the local store toplace my order. It should not take me 15 minutes to place an order. Please pay local employees to take orders instead ofoutsourcing it to a call center. Read more

I really like this domino's location. Fast pizza whether delivery or puck-up The employees are super nice, which makes all the... difference. Toppings are plentiful, I usually order extra sauce because I think the way the employees are trained they don'tprovide enough sauce for regular pizza. But if you order extra sauce it comes out perfect. Pics on next visit, if pizza isbetter than expected I will bump to 5 star. If pizza is bad I will drop a star. I'll keep ya posted, thanks. The app said it was being quality checked for 25 minutes. It was barely warm and they obviously didn?t check it or they would?ve... seen there was no chicken on my pizza that I payed extra for. Read more
Ordered on the app at the Wadsworth store. Payed via PayPal and went to go get it when they said it would be ready for pickup. ... Got to the store and they had no record of my order. I had to give them the order number and then they were able to find it. Told me they would make it now and it would be 20 minutes. Really? I?ll eat at Gionino?s or Papa John?s from now on. Read more
Ordered here twice within a week. First time was perfect, everything arrived as should and it was a fast delivery. Today I... ordered, my pizza was mixed up with someone else's. When I called they were prompt about fixing the situation, already had mypizza being remade. Great! The downside; it took an hour to arrive. I was hungry so I picked off the topping of the wrongdelivered pizza and ate it instead. I work in the food industry, I understand the hardships of being busy / understaffed andwhat not. Not giving them a hard time. Just not a great experience. Just be aware that their phone isn't working the greatestand delivery can take long awhile. On the bright side, their pizza is good. So when you call the wadsworth # you don't get the store you get a toll free number where they don't speak English! Had to... drive there just to place my order. That must be the new thing to save a dime. Also they did away with the 7.99 large 3topping carryout special. No thanks dominos I'll find a new cheap pizza place goodbye! Won't be back! Read more
