The ice tea is ALWAYS fresh brewed and perfect. Staff was a little cranky but they are always so busy that I kinda understand.

Well there are 2 that I frequently visit & I don't know where they hire the workers but they are fabulous! Friendly greetings,... fast,& professional. The dining is always clean. I did miss several free drinks as the app has been glitchy a lot. My greatexperience has been at 2 locations, Manchester Rd. Akron,OH & Right off Exit 11 in Wadsworth,Ohio. Frozen Mocha neverdisappoints either. Highly recommend both locations. Read more
Typical chain doughnut experience here. The drive through gets backed up a lot, please don't be the person that blocks traffic... on route 94 here, if the line is too long go inside and order! They actually are fairly quick here given the amount of peoplegoing through this location. The food other than the doughnuts is down right awful. I got a sandwich here I couldn't even eat,it tasted like chlorine. I would have asked for my money back but I was out of town by the time I tried it. It was like theydidn't rinse whatever cleaning solution they used out before making my food, it was really gross. They still get two stars forthe quick service. I might go back for doughnuts and coffee, I'm not sure I'd try the other food again. Read more

I love Dunkin's coffee. Sometimes the service is kinda slow. But the coffee is usually worth the wait. Unfortunately my wife... gets hot chocolate that is mostly water way more often than I think is acceptable. Read more
