Reviews for Gionino's Pizzeria in Wadsworth, OH
I have been a customer of Gionnino's in Wadsworth for 4 years and the last 6 months the pizza has been aweful with too much... sauce and hardly any cheese. Tonight I finally complained and the the manager finally offered to make me another one and send sodriver shows up pounding so loud on my door and screamed at me that he needed the other pizza so I went to get it and he wasstill screaming at the door I'm not leaving without the other pizza. We called on a busy Friday night and was told 25 minutes for pick up or 45 for delivery. We chose pick up. It was ready exactly... on time and was exceptional! The meat pizza was loaded and the white pizza was simply phenomenal! It was super juicy andcheesey. The chicken was fried to perfection and was tasty and juicy. To those who have issues with long phone wait times ordisconnected calls, at least they have not outsourced their ordering to another country...I will no longer support pizza shopsthat do that. Not the best Gioninos, the manager was arguing with an angry employee in front of a couple customers. The employee who was mad... was unpleasant when I complained that he gave me the wrong pizza, the store made me a fresh one which I am thankful for, but italways seems like this Gioninos messes something up or is always inconsistent. I would happily go to Norton or Medina over thisone. This place needs new management or a new owner and to be more consistent like other stores in the area. I hate orderingfrom this location. I don't understand the negative reviews for this business. I called to place an order, and they answered quickly. I placed my... order and 20 minutes later I went there to pick it up. The staff was friendly, and the pizza was not only still hot, it was alsoREALLY tasty. I have no complaints about the entire process! Thanks for the great pizza pies! Read more
An hour before closing nobody would answer the phone had to go there an physically put in an order. They also turned off the... fryers an hour before close!! So no jojo's for me. The only reason for 2 starsis the food and only took 10 min. But NO jojo's???? Read more
Called and it took about 7 rings before it was picked up and put me on hold, never came back on. Seems to be a pattern given... all the reviews. Last few times we have tried to order, same experience. This time was the last time. Once a great place toget pizza and jo-jos, now a place that doesn?t seem to want any business. Read more
Completely unorganized. There is no professionalism, the employees are using vulgar language to each other. The don?t know what... they are doing, forgetting to make items and while the other items sit and get cold. There are employees sitting and watchingtv. The worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. This IS the best pizza I?ve ever eaten. The dough is scrumptious. Everything is cooked and handled with love and... perfection. Delivery has always been very professional and courteous.
