This is the best kfc around. Always clean the food is always hat and good. People are always great here.
The food, of course, was wonderful for a fast food place. The not so wonderful part was that the food was not fast. I waited... well over half an hour for an order I had placed online. Haven't given up on KFC, but I will definitely place future orders at adifferent location! Read more
Unfortunately the drive-through was down and then when I went inside and ordered I stood there for 20 minutes and a bunch of... orders passed me got fulfilled. Then I continued to stand there and had to go up to the counter and ask where my order was. Theythen said it was coming. 10 minutes later they asked me what my order was to re-ring it. I understand that people are human and that mistakes happen, but it isn?t really fair to be charged for sauces if they?re going... to be regularly not placed in the bag after I?ve paid for them. It adds up and just becomes money that I?ve wasted. I try tomake it easy and kindly ask for the sauces I?d like at the time of ordering but it doesn?t seem to make a difference as towhether or not I receive them. Read more
Messed up order. Unhappy at me for saying so. Update: went in the place look clean. There's one person in front of me but he was... just leaving. I wanted two chicken thighs and they said well we don't have any original dark meat for 20 minutes. So I had toopt for extra crispy which I've never had before. And it just seemed like it was re-breaded chicken that was refried. But theproblem was when I walked in one of the male employees came out of the men's restroom and I looked at his hands and he still hadflour on his hands. And as I was waiting for my order he actually went back in the bathroom again and came back out still withflour on his hands. So let that be a warning to anybody that goes to this location. That is a violation. And I hope somebodyfrom the health department sees this. Anyways, there were about three or four males young teen to 20-year-olds working in theback that seem to just be having too much fun and the woman on the phone was doing her job and she was stressed up because shekept answering the phone because of messed up orders. She was trying to relay the information to them but they were having toomuch fun to even listen to her. The two other girls that were working there were actually working in the front and actually justdoing their job. Whoever owns this, I hope you read this. Because this is what takes a business down. It's this type ofhorseplay and bad service. Although the food was okay and the restaurant was clean, I honestly don't think I'm going to comeback for another 6 months or so. Absolutely WORST KFC I've ever been too. I waited over 40 minutes for my order while there were NO cars in the drive thru & only... 1 other person waiting inside. I walked out 4 of the staff are sitting around smoking cigarettes and talking. I thought tomyself you have got to be kidding me!!!!! I only was waiting for 2 meals!!!! And the staff are just sitting around not doinganything and smoking cigarettes and talking while they have people waiting. Thats ridiculous!!!!!! Not to mention the staff thatwere inside I told them my name for my order FOUR TIMES, YES FOUR TIMES!!!!! & THEY STILL DIDNT GET IT RIGHT! I will never go tothis KFC again absolutely the worst one I think I've ever been too. They have 3 people walk out and ask for their money backduring the 40 minutes I was waiting. Haven't had KFC for a couple years. First time to this location. Food was fresh, good and served up pretty quick. Good service... and clean. Forgot how much I liked KFC. We'll be back! Read more
