Waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich. There was 4 workers up front and more in the back. Then the sandwich was cold as they... had made it for someone prior and didn?t know who it was for. I was then asked what my name was for my order and given thisolder sand which after waiting so long. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and she. I unwrapped it, it fell apart in twopieces it was so dry. Staff was nice and looked over looked and young, probably not their fault but man what a rough experience. Read more
Customer service is ok but could be better. I stopped in drive thru, but had to go in to request a remake of my sandwich due to... a misunderstanding on my end. However, I watched the teen ( I went after 4pm on a Friday, everyone looks young), making my foodwith her food gloves on, but touching her headset to make drive thru orders. Haven?t been to this location in many years. Stopped in to meet with an old friend and I feel like everyone who I met with... expected me to have perfect understanding of the workings of a Panera. I got a bagel but never actually GOT the bagel untilafter the food went out because I didn?t know that you get the bagels right at the register. Never got my cream cheese spreadeither. Didn?t ask for it because the cashier didn?t seem interested in helping me or the other person who looked like theycould use help. I just threw the then cold bagel in the trash. Last night was ridiculous. Husband arrived home with our order and a whole meal was missing. Husband drove back to pick up the... meal and was met with ?Sorry about that.? By the time he got home, his food was cold. This is the third time this year that thishas happened to us. I guess we will have to check every order if we go there again. This ?used to be? a good place to eat - used to be. But since about the start of 2021 and especially the latter half of 2021,... the place has totally dropped its attempt at customer satisfaction. They lock the doors 5-10 minutes before closing. The drivethru was closed quicker than it was opened. The servers are not polite. Orders are sometimes forgotten. They start emptying andcleaning out the iced tea and lemonade dispensers 30 minutes before closing while there are still people eating inside anddrinking those drinks. They play the music too loud. And they cut you off the WiFi twice a day like clockwork. Spoke tomanagement about the slippage but the managers don?t care.
