We were on a road trip from Alabama to Ontario and stopped at this exit for the night. At the hotel we asked where would be a... good place to eat and they recommended Pizzazio's. Turned out it was a gem of a place - we dined in - and the pizza wasdelicious and just the way we expected it. Quality is declining overall with the food unfortunately but still not the worst in the area. But customer service is a huge... concern. I couldn't believe the nickle and diming type charges here. Almost 4.00 for extra pizza sauce ON THE PIZZA? Yes on thepizza not on the side! I've never been charged that ever at any pizza place?????????? Also they don't have plates or napkinseven? Idk but definitely lost my routine business and possibly us as customers at all. I dont like feeling taken and thatsexactly what this feels like. Read more

I went to Pizzazio's for the first time on 5-7-22. the gal taking my order (Eve?) was very friendly and helpful with... suggestions not only about the menu but the area (only there for a weekend). We ordered the supreme pizza, boneless wings andthe antipasto salad and everything was delicious! No need to ever settle for cheese cardboard chain pizza when you havePizzazio's right in your backyard! if i'm back in the area, they are my first stop for sure! Read more
They've been in town forever! I've never had a bad meal from them! They advertise in the Town Money Saver with coupons! I love... their $5, $6, $8 anytime menu! Eve just made us THE BEST Taco foldover!! OMG Sooooo good! She's the best!! Read more
The $13-$14 pepperoni pizza is about an inch bigger than a personal pan and was incredibly greasy. The insanely expensive bacon... cheddar fries had 5 crumbles of bacon on them, less than half a slice. pretty sure they are supposed to come with ranch too.ordered a large order of fried mushrooms, which is pretty much the same price as 2 small orders so I assume the large is adouble order but only came with a single packet of salad ranch. 2 small orders would have cost a few cents more and would havecome with 2 packets of ranch, I assume. but salad ranch is not dipping ranch so that was real weird. Ended up using the ranch wehad at home. The mushrooms were good though. Not over or undercooked but just right. I had ordered from this place because my exhusband ordered a larger pizza from them while he was here over Thanksgiving and I had a slice and it was pretty amazing pizza.but the food I got yesterday was not close to the same level at all. As a single mom, we can only afford to have takeout once amonth so to get a personal pan size pizza and cheesy fries with pretty much no bacon, a $4 bottle of soda and a bunch ofmushrooms with a single packet of salad ranch, and spend $40 even after our $5 discount credit from DD, super disappointing. Wecould have gottem twice as mich food elsewhere. Hate to say this but we will definitely stick to chain pizza places from nowon. Which is sad because their menu choices were exciting and varied. Unfortunately that may be the issue. Quality over Quantityshould be the focus and I imagine having all of those options means a lot of the food either starts frozen and/or goes to wastewhich costs the business so much money and results in insane prices. I have watched enough restaurant makeover shows to knowthat an extensive menu costs more than it pays out. Pizza was so greasy!! I ordered what I thought was cheese bread sticks but no it was old mozzarella sticks with cold sauce. The... only reason I gave it one star was cus the side salad was fresh and good. But I will definitely never order or recommend thisplace to anyone!!
