We stopped here randomly on our way to Houston, and am so glad we did. It's a hidden gem to be sure. We had the combo plate,... which included brisket and a sausage right of the open smoke pit, beans, and potato salad. Seriously so so delicious and so muchfood! The brisket melts in your mouth! The rings of sausage are beyond wonderful. The ribs were not our favorite as they were dry... and tough. Service was GREAT EXCEPT not one staff member had masks on. There is a sign on the door and customers wore masksbut none of the employees. A staff member was also eating at checkout. This would have been a five if I had felt safe whilebeing there with my sister who had a quadruple bypass. Read more
