The staff there were to busy to take orders, or help anyone. I tryed to ask for honey mustard they had forgot to put in my order... the girl labled ast.manger was rude and ignored me. So i went out and went threw the drive threw and asked the girl at thewindow. The same ast.manger was there and told the other girl if they're not ordering dont... Our drinks were no where near being full. It made me wonder if they were even fresh drinks.
Hey this is Al. We went to McDonald's today to get 2 medium chocolate frappes. However they call it mocha for some odd reason.... However Mocha doesn't mean Chocolate, it means Coffee. Mocha is a very expensive kind of coffee. Also they don't know how tolisten. We said no whipped cream. They putt whipped cream on them. They are extremely rude. Instead of apologizing and making itright. They said, I didn't hear it. So they just scraped the cream off. Then added way to much chocolate. McDonald's employeesneeds to be Educated before working in a Customer Service/ Public Environment. Al Read more
Used drive-thru. Fast and friendly. I only rated it at a 3 because I'm not a fan of McDonald's. However I do like their Mocha... Frappuccinos, McChickens and fries which are the only things I ever get. Read more

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in so long and avoid it if I possible!! And for some really unknown reason I was craving... McDonald's one night.. So my nephew ????and I went to town picked up 35$$s of fast food and came home.. It smelled so good Icouldn't wait!! Three bites in this is what I found and I got sick.. Took it back and they replaced the cost of my burger witheven up shakes the 3rd one I had to pay for!! I felt like I should've been compensated more than two medium shakes!! I do notget around very well without help and I'd already made across town once about 11 miles round trip.. I make it up my steps andinside only to discover my burger was COLD, RAW and NASTY!! I'm in tears ???? another trip to town.. And all I got was severaldays of feeling almost paralyzed and 2 medium shakes that were pretty good!! I mean is it possible to mess ice cream ????up!! ITWILL BE A LONG, LONG, LONG TIME BEFORE I EAT AT MCDONALD'S ANYWHERE!! I've been told I should hire an attorney and I amseriously considering it have even researched attorneys in this area..
