Not busy at all. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken salads. No croutons no tomatoes. Plain iceberg lettuce and some cheese that?s it.... They can?t even get a salad right. It is pitiful how this Pizza Hut has gone down hill. Read more
They no longer have the salad bar which I understand with the covid BS, But how do you not have pickles with your supreme... sandwiches? The pickle is what makes that sandwich amazing! Congratulations Pizza Hut you have successfully ruined a meal Thathas been loved for years!!!! Read more
1:15 for a 30 min delivery. Was then missing two pizzas and waited another 1:30 min even after calling several times and being... told it would first take 30 min, then it was out for delivery and still waited another hour. Will order from Casey's and pick offrom now on until reviews start getting better. I get being short staffed but don't take three times longer than you tell me andthen be missing pizza. Read more
The staff was fine, being super short I totally get it. One of our pizzas was not what we ordered style wise. Our wings were... bone in, not bone out, sadly I have picky children so they were wasted and I feel like we may have received someone's doubleorder of wings. I didn't want to call and complain, because everyone is trying the best they can. I just wish part of my orderwas what I ordered. Read more
It took our order >30 minutes. Stated they had 2 new cooks and really did not know what they were doing. The breadsticks were... cold and the pizza was like cardboard. I used to love this pizza hut but now I am not going back for a while. :( Read more
Hands-down the best pizza I?ve enjoyed in years. The quality is always good. The ratio is always exact. The crust is made of... good fresh dough. I have no complaints at all about the store. Read more
Ordered online. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:05. We get there at 7:10 and are told it is just now being put in the... oven. Fast forward to 7:35 when the girl finally comes back over to the window with a confused look on her face asking what weordered. The manager comes over only to find our order had been sitting in the area to keep pick up orders warm the ENTIREtime! Should?ve read the reviews about the incompetence of this location first.
