Extra Sauce means extra sauce, not no sauce and burnt edges ???? Continuous problem with the pan pizzas .
I will do everything humanly possible to avoid ever ordering from this place again: I called in my order. To say the girl who... answered the phone lacked customer service would be an understatement. She sounded annoyed from the second she answered thephone until the moment she hung up. She took my address, order and payment. Told me my order would arrive in 20 minutes. 20minutes later I get a call to confirm my address. Another interaction lacking in customer service. The girl confirms my addressand says the order will be on the way shortly and hangs up with out an explanation or another word. 20 minutes after that i geta call from a manager asking me to meet at the gate because they dont have access to the base I live on and can not deliver tous (still charging us the 5.99 delivery fee even though we have to meet them) was offered a half a** apology with zero sincerityfor the "mix up" They checked my address twice, took over an hour to deliver an order that I was originally told would take 20minutes and not one drop of customer service between the several employees I was in touch with. I had ordered $80.00 worth of food for a small get together. I had ordered 2 LG hand toss pizzas with extra sauce and two med... pan pizzas extra sauce. When i got the pizzas home, i grabbed 1 slice. I noticed there was no sauce so i checked the otherpizzas. Same thing. So i called the store they told me they could credit the pizzas i told them i needed the pizzas because ofthe get together. Then they have me take pictures of the order and text it to them. Then they say that they can only replacethe pizzas that weren't touched however they were touched to take the pictures. The staff had an attitude... It's like it's notmy fault they made it wrong. So finally after dinner time they delivered 3 pizzas told us they couldn't take back the ones thatwere made wrong. I am planning on calling the owner to let him know how i feel good employees are not good for his business. Read more
Can't say much about the dine in part but the app I use all the time for delivery has been consistently great. The pizza or... wings I order taste great. My personal experience with the app & delivery service has been the best I've experienced so far.Even on a rainy day the delivery personnel has kept a positive attitude. Yummmm Read more
Incredibly great service here! They?re so fast and the pizza is so hot and tasty. I spoke with a ?Quay? on the phone. Incredibly... friendly guy. He even made sure i didn?t forget my sauce packets! It?s the little things that make this place great. Keep up thegood work guys! Read more
