Coffee like a diner, in other words, perfect. Breakfast and brunch dishes are huge portions of delicious food. We loved our... omelettes, despite the greasiness of them. My egg white omelette was full of cheese and vegetables, and was well matched withits side of brown rice. We?re so happy there?s a locally owned family restaurant here in Wahiawa. We?ve been here several times since they?ve opened. ... My brother drove from Ma?ili just to have breakfast, along with his wife and our Mom. Everything is ONO! I usually get theHoney Acai French toast. There?s absolutely nothing like this! The Acai topping is perfect. Homemade granola, blueberries,strawberries and banana with a drizzle of honey. To. Die. For. Lunch takeout: Ahi salad. This was the first time dining in and I'm glad we did. We waited less than 15 minutes for a table. They have great service here.... All are friendly. We got the Braised Short Ribs Benedict and Da Local Omelette. I always prefer Benedict with extraHollandaise Sauce no matter where I go. The Benedict was good but I think the next time I go, I will try something different. Iordered it before for take out and out was just okay but decided to dine in and try it. It was way better than when I had ittake out during the pandemic. The egg was runny how I like it and how it should be. I think I wanted the hollandaise sauce tohave a little more flavor but overall it was still good. The omelette was really good. I had to sample from my husband's plate.He liked it as well. Lots of meat in the omelette. That's how we like it. You gotta try it. I want to put this out there...They do have really great tasting Adobo Fried Rice. That's a must try. First time dining inside Guieb Cafe and we absolutely loved our experience! The restaurant was clean and the food was hot, fresh... and flavorful! The Ube waffle was out of this world delicious!! Warm and soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside.The ube syrup was so unique: perfectly sweet and paired incredibly well with the waffle-you?ve got to try it for yourself! :)The Kalihifornia burger I had is now my favorite burger on the island!!! Wow! The wagyu beef was seasoned and cooked perfectly,veggies were fresh and the bun was soft and savory. I had mine served with sweet potatoes fries (hot and scrumptious) but theyalso have waffle fries as an option which sounded tasty as well. I plan to try those next time. Another highlight I have tomention: how the servers and staff were all so attentive, friendly and kind. I believe one of the chefs came out to personallydeliver the burger to our table. He was very nice as well. We felt welcomed and at home at Guieb and highly recommend if you?rein Wahiawa/North Shore area! ?????????? I?ve only tried the breakfast here and it was delicious. So delicious I went back to try more and wasn?t disappointed. Will... definitely keep returning. Stopped here on the way to North shore from waikiki. The garlic shrimp is exceptional. I've had various other highly rated... shrimp trucks around the islands, and this was the most memorable of them all. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasonedwith sauce that wasn't too salty. Read more
