jack in the box employees seem more worried in the parking lot than their food service. I thought it was strange I saw the... entire staff was outside until we saw 5 groups were towed within 10 minutes due to confusing signage. The tow truck guys eatingjack in the box while waiting to tow people in mass. About 5 families were towed this morning as their parking lot prominentlyfeatures a sign that says, ?parking for customers in premise? but as there are several shops does not specify only for jack inthe box (unless you look down to a corner on the floor where the correct sign is). This morning they towed 2 military familieswith babies from surfers coffee which takes 30min to make a hot chocolate) and 3 other groups. The tow truck was doing massiveroutes back and forth and the franchise owner was calling them back, instead of worrying about the food. Do not recommendsupporting this business. Read more
Those store os in a neighborhood with lots of stores nearby. I parked in their lot and walked a block away to a vape store. I... came back to get lunch and my vehicle had been towed. I was gone maybe 15-30 min and was on my way to be a customer yet theydecided that wasn't good enough. I asked the store for help with my car. They rudely told me to call the number on the signoutside, I explained what happened and was again rudely told I should have come inside first. There are no tables inside to eatat, so no reason to park, so I don't know who they are so concerned about saving parking for. Save yourself the trouble ofdealing with these rude employees and the vulture tow company and just go somewhere else. Read more
Wahiawa location. Drive thru. The person taking orders kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order. Ended up... getting my order wrong anyways. Pull forward to correct my order and pay the person that took the order was on his phone whilethe manager standing right next to him. Manager passes the food. And the fries were regular fries when I ordered curly fries.Anywho food was not fresh. Definitely NOT going to this location anymore Read more
As I waited in the drive through, I could smell the flavours of America permeating the walls of the establishment. As if I was... standing in a real American food court. The only difference is that the food here is MORE authentic than anything you will findin America. As if my own Grandmother had cooked it. You will not find anything more authentic than Jack in the Box of Hawaii. Read more
Super clean restaurant. Bathrooms always clean. Dining room, floors and tables get cleaned quickly. Customer service is amazing.... Its open 24 hours. Spam and eggs!!!! their fries are the best. Where else can you get tacos anytime all the time? I love it.What do they NOT have is really the question. Great place to get food go home, grub out after drinking and partying. Jack in the box is at the bottom of my fast food list, the only time I will visit is when noting else is open. The food doesn't... really live up to the price. The tacos are a good deal for the price, but the last time I have gotten them the lettuce was oldand had to pull it all out. I'm not sure why thr drive through takes so long when other food establishments are a fraction ofthe time, the only reason why I could think Is they cook it fresh but it's far from fresh tasting. Update: It's an almost typical Jack in the Box restaurant. I usually just drive through here due to either homeless or sketchy... folks hanging around inside. I usually come here because I got the late night or early morning munchies. The service is prettyquick here and the food is decent. You can order from any menu, breakfast, lunch, or dinner and they will make it. The shakescan be a little thick here so prepare for that if you order it. Old review (yet still relevant) Kinda dirty inside. The foodis overall okay. Read more
TOW HAZARD!!! BE WARY! Even if you eat here or plan on eating here you may get towed! Seems like they're waiting and watching... 24/7. If they care more about towing than your food... may not be safe to eat there either. Read more
