Pizza was slightly under done, expected pick up was 15 mins later than advised. Deep dish is still Ono!

Visit here often. Better to call orders in ahead of time. Pizza's and bread taste awesome when fresh and hot!
I feel undecided about this location. Pizza is good, but they don't have them ready to go during what I would consider busy... times. There's usually a few people standing and waiting outside for a while. Last time I ended up leaving before I could evenorder. Read more
I ordered for pizza for a pick up. It was supposed to be ready at 3.28 pm. I arrived there at 3.32pm when I was told to wait... outside for it to be delivered to me. After waiting for additional 6 minutes I went back in to get my food. The woman at thecounter was so disrespectful by just tossing my food on the counter. She was mad because I asked why I had to wait for extra 10minutes without anyone giving me a reason. Rude manager. Read more

Pizza comes fast when ordering. But like deep dish is always has raw dough. Thats why I always ask for well done. They need to... cook the pizza more better. Read more
Halloween 2022 update Ordered thru app again, they apparently aren't using the portal thingy fully so the tracker is pretty... useless. Still had to stand around and guess if my order was ready (which again, it was but no one said anything) Food was good.But if the order is ready why make me wait outside ? Staff is friendly tho. Parking is somewhat easy as usual Update from9/22/2022 Ordered thru app again, app never updated pizza tracking, waited an hour outside just in case while others came andwent. App never updated. Pnce I asked for my order.. Multiple hairs were baked into the cheese. Very long and clearly notmine. --- Price and quality was perfect but I'll never get the breadstix again.
