We ordered a whole chicken cut in eight pieces. The skin was delicious and the chicken was nice and juicy. I would definitely... prefer just the chicken without the sides on my next visit. Phenomenal place to eat and friendly staff. All though small spot to try to eat inside, their food tastes the same on the go. I... had the Maui wowie and it was perfect. I'm a big chicken person...kind of picky about the texture, flavor and all that when it comes to my chicken. Maui Mike's chicken... was my kind of chicken! It was cooked perfectly, flavored just right, and didn't have any weird textures/fat/skin/etc. Myhusband and I shared the Maui Wowie Melt which was pulled chicken smothered in cheese on a bun with honey mustard and a side offries (or other side of your choice) with dipping sauces and a drink.
