I know this may be long but please read and Share!!!!Ok so check it out, anyone who knows me or my husband when he orders a... pizza from any establishment he likes it extra well done (close to burnt) well as you know he going through chemo and was hungryfor a pizza and if he's hungry the by God I'm going to get him what he wants cuz we all know how cancer treatments work. So Iordered the pizza from our local Dominos, went to pick it up and looked at it and proceed to tell her it wasn't done enough soshe flat out says "well if you want me to put it back in the oven you will have to pay for 2 pizza" mind you 2 days prior weordered from them and they made it exactly the way he wanted it. REALLY???? I know business is hurting but come on! Everyoneplease share this story let them own up to this. My goodness what are businesses coming too. While the road infront of the building under construction, the only place to park to get here was the side of the building... (which is fine, that?s unavoidable) but when I went in to pick my pizza up, I parked on the side right by the sign saying?Dominos parking?. When I pulled up, one of their delivery drivers pulled up behind me, got out and scolded me saying I can?tpark there. I told her I was here for dominos and parked in the dominos parking lot. She replied rudely saying only employeescan park there and that I had to move my vehicle so I did. I went in and asked to speak with a manager because either they needto change their sign to say employee parking only or they need to talk to the driver about how they treat their customers. Thatswhen they said that the person who yelled at me was the manager!! I couldn?t believe they would have someone that rude in chargeof a store. I was then assured they would give my number to the district manager and that I would receive a call from them but Inever did! It?s obvious that the management does not care about customer service and doesn?t understand the confusion a ?dominosparking? sign is when it?s apparently only for the employees. Read more
Ordered pizza and chicken wings at 3:05 pm in Wahpeton on the 14th of August 2022. They told me on the phone 15 to 20 minutes ... it was not done until 25 minutes later. Ordered online for a pickup order ready at one. My kids get there and they say they are just putting it in the oven now and it... will be ready in ten or fifteen minutes. While waiting, another customer called saying they have already waited one hour fortheir order. They were told ok I'm working on yours next. I called asking for a discount and was told that my pizza was ready at1 but never picked up till 1:20. What?! They were literally there at 1 and told it was just being put in the oven. I waited for my food for 2 hrs after ordering online. I got a call from the store manager who said they would start my food... right away if I came to pick it up. I agreed and Miranda (said manager) stated it would be ready in 20-25 mins. I go to thestore 25 mins later to find a rude lady at the counter stating it would be an additional 15-20 mins. Disregarding whateverMiranda said on the phone. I tried to explain and all I got was more snarky comments. When I said I would wait and asked for themanager, she replied with she is the district manager, why would I want to talk to the general. She also proceeded to cancel myorder saying I was unwilling to wait when i was sitting in the lobby waiting. I stopped going there years ago because of theseissues and the unprofessional behavior. Don't even try to use those coupons they email you for a free medium pizza called "reward points" it will have you turning in... circles until your ready to beat your head into the wall.dont waste your time and think your gonna get help its not gonnahappen.... Read more
