I like KFC. The only issue I have is that the chicken are smaller than before. Used to be able to eat 1 drumstick and be full.... Now, its so small, I can eat 3. But chicken still taste good. Read more

If you must go to the Waianae KFC, be prepared to be ripped off. I ordered the 10 piece special today and when I got home I... found only eight pieces in the bucket. There was no napkins nor utensils either. The woman who took my order said $42.00, but atthe pickup window the guy said $43.98. I accepted the additional amount as tax, but did not expect to get shafted by the shortorder. I will post my complaint on Facebook because when I tried to call the franchise, they kept hanging up with noconversation. Read more
I tried a handful of spicy chicken sandwiches recently. Their spicy chicken sandwich was tasty but soggy when I opened the... wrapper immediately after getting to my car. The chicken sandwich bun which is supposed to be something special was nothing morethan a plain hamburger bun. If they fixed that and made the chicken itself crispy instead of soggy it probably would have beenvery good. Read more
Always horrible, they are never very busy but they are always out of crazy things like chiken and corn thats like two out of the... five things they offer... and they always forget to put the butter and honey!!!!! Keep returning because we're optimistic andlike kfc, just not this particular location but it's the only one for miles. This will be our last time at this kfc at least fora while. Read more
I've been going to this KFC's location and had always had GREAT customer service. This has to be because of great management.... Great managers choose great employees! Good job you guys! It's hard to get great service repeatedly down here and you guys shinelike a beacon! Thank you! Read more
