My daughter wasn't allowed to use the restroom unless she bought something (first time in my life I see this from a McDonalds),... so she ordered two cones. She paid, used the restroom, and when she went to pick up the two ice cream cones, the girl gave hertwo cokes. When my daughter told her she misunderstood, the girl simply shrugged her shoulders and slid the cokes toward her.Not worth fighting over but definitely worthy of a negative review. Read more

We go to this McDonald's and order Big mac meal, Chicken Sandwich Meal, Filet o fish meal, chicken mcnuggets. we ask for sundaes... and THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO NOT HAVE ICE CREAM. We ate in our car and the sandwiches were cold!!! Reply from cashier about usordering ice cream left a sour impression with us! There should be NO reason why we always drive thru our sandwiches are coldand always NO MORE ICE CREAM because their machine is broken! After 2 years because of Covid your machine is broken???!!!Unexceptable! And you wanna be paid $18 bucks then serve better sandwiches. Although none of the McDonalds on the westside can touch the ones in town, N?n?kuli McDs is waaay better than the Wai'anae one. ... The line was long, but it moved a lot quicker than I expected.
