My daughter wasn't allowed to use the restroom unless she bought something (first time in my life I see this from a McDonalds),... so she ordered two cones. She paid, used the restroom, and when she went to pick up the two ice cream cones, the girl gave hertwo cokes. When my daughter told her she misunderstood, the girl simply shrugged her shoulders and slid the cokes toward her.Not worth fighting over but definitely worthy of a negative review. Read more

We go to this McDonald's and order Big mac meal, Chicken Sandwich Meal, Filet o fish meal, chicken mcnuggets. we ask for sundaes... and THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO NOT HAVE ICE CREAM. We ate in our car and the sandwiches were cold!!! Reply from cashier about usordering ice cream left a sour impression with us! There should be NO reason why we always drive thru our sandwiches are coldand always NO MORE ICE CREAM because their machine is broken! After 2 years because of Covid your machine is broken???!!!Unexceptable! And you wanna be paid $18 bucks then serve better sandwiches. And if your machine is broken place a sign that saysNO ICE CREAM SERVED!!! GET YOU MACHINE FIXED!!! Read more

I was hungry. Food was eh, I ordered a Fish filet meal. The fish didn't have enough tarter sauce and the fries were ok, not just... made to my surprise because the drive through was busy. It was a semi long wait, because one lane was closed. Other than that,staff is always courteous. Read more
Their customer service needs another of work before it was so friendly and welcoming now its like their annoyed that I've came... to their restaurant. Almost like i interrupted their day. They always seem to get my order wrong or doing give me everything Iordered. Even when they do give you some of what you order its a sloppy mess like they were backed up and rushing but when youlook behind your car you see that you are the only customer there and its just the lack of pride they have for their company. The service is on point at the nanakuli McDonald's. Overall, I consider McDonald's a necessary evil. They create community space... for the community's elderly population. Just swing by early in the morning any day. They are also necessary because I have achildhood programed itch that has to get scratched by a McDonald's cheeseburger at least once a year. Read more
Although none of the McDonalds on the westside can touch the ones in town, N?n?kuli McDs is waaay better than the Wai'anae one. ... The line was long, but it moved a lot quicker than I expected. The spam platter was kinda messy, but tasted the same so whatevs.The workers there were young but friendly. Read more
