This Wendy sucks! The employees rather associate with each-other than tend to the customer. How do you mess up the same burger... three times? This place and and this team is complete TRASH. I never went through this drive-thru with everything correct. Sad. Read more

The staff completely ignored us for 10 minutes, and then we left with no food. When I asked if we could please be helped, the... woman turned around and walked away without saying a word to me. I was the only customer there when I stopped by this morning and, incredibly, they still got my order wrong. Ordered honey... butter chicken and received a sausage egg biscuit. Was already several miles down the road when I opened it. How does that evenhappen with no other pending orders? Read more
The staff was very professional and the restaurant was very clean. Stopped by to get a quick snack and it was pretty good for... what it was. The lemonade was a little too sweet and that made it hard to drink. The fries an sandwich were nice and warm so Imade sure to eat them right after we left. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, I didn't see my order on the board. I asked the manager why my order wasn't showing. He... proceeds to tell me that my payment didn't go through. He made me pay again. I looked on my bank statement and he told me thatboth charges would not go through. He assured me. He then tells me to go to the app and call if it did go through. Both chargeswent through as I told him they would. I called the app... Waited on the phone for an hour .. they hung up. I recalled andwaited another hour. They said they would refund my money. It has been seven days...no refund. I called them back and theyprocessed it again. Still nothing! I called the restaurant and the manager said she would refund me. I show up and she hands mea cookie wrapper with cash in it. It was four dollars short. I called the app back. They stated that they were unable to processthe rest of my refund. I had to go back to the restaurant. Do NOT come here! The manager is dishonest and cheats people out ofmoney on purpose. Then Wendy's lies and passes the buck to prevent any refunds.
