Found stuff floating in my drink so I asked to have it remade and the barista rolled her eyes and shook her head. I got food... poisoning from this location before so I'm done. Horrible customer service at this location. Read more

Terrible. Of all the Starbucks I?ve been to this is by far the worst for service and cleanliness. Full stop. It?s like a bunch... of teenagers playing together, not paying attention to customers. I stood waiting for acknowledgment but they were busy chattingand giving the middle finger to each other, in front of me even, instead of servicing customers. Certainly not coming back tothis location. Not to mention it?s dirty and there?s about seven staff members and no one in line. I strongly advise theregional manager to have a closer look. Ahhhh-mazing I love their drive thru. Staff is really friendly and they have Great wifi. Try the double chocolate chip frappe..... It's my favorite ???? Read more

Nice staff but they need to hire more , the wait for coffee runs 45 mins. I started ordering from the app and it still takes... forever.. or I?ll go through drive through and wait at window looking at my drink but the girl taking orders.. need someadjustments Read more

I'm so impressed with the excellent customer service, especially from Kaelyn. Every time I've come in this location and she's... working, I know that I will get my order right and with a friendly personality. She takes time to help the customers. I have seen a major improvement in hospitality and service since!! I'm raising my 4 stars to 5 today in new 2020 decade!! ... Management & staff seem to really care and be quite happy here and sure makes a difference. ( A rough start... I'm sure a lot ofpressure running a new store!) I use Starbucks a lot to earn the benefits and because I own stock! (Seems to be great world widebusiness!) Seems drive through & mobile orders always seem faster than counter service! So i even started doing mobile orders!! Read more

Very slow Starbucks. Frequently have to wait 20-30 mins for drinks. Mobile orders as well
