Service is spotty. Online orders are often ignored. I did an order around 11:30am for pickup at 12:30pm. I arrived and they... hadn't even started it and complained that they were too busy. It is now 12:54pm and they still don't have my food ready! Read more
Incorrect portioning gave 1/2 the portions of my pastrami wrap. When I asked the lady if that was correct she said two scoop in... one single tray was the correct portion in for a footlong. She didn't even give a full tray it was only half the single traywhen it should have been two trays. Good on training ???? your people to ripping people off while saving cost on your end. Read more

I always go to this subway even though I live in Hawaii kai. The staff at this subway is always friendly and polite. However,... today experience was totally different. The guy who work there (owner's son) was very unfriendly, unprofessional and justrude... seem like he didn't wanted to be there... that's the 2nd time he fix our sandwich and both times bed experience... also,didn't get chips with our sandwich... might have to look for new subway to go or go back to Hawaii kai subway...!!! The first few times I went the workers didnt change their gloves or wash their hands between sandwiches. This recent visit... there were 3 workers behind the counter I asked the closest person if they had any soup. She replied yes and when I asked whatkind one of the other customers told her to finish his sandwich so she turned back and the other 2 people who were just standingthere turned and walked to the back of the store. I love plenty of veggies and the sandwich maker really did a good job, with a friendly attitude. I am from Texas and usual... price for a footlong sandwich is five to seven dollars Hear the average price was $7 to $9. Pretty good for Hawaii prices Read more
