Honestly hate making bad reviews but I would like to actually be greeted and helped when I get there. I understand if its busy... and youre finishing something up but not even a ?Hi Ill be right with you? or anything along those lines? I believe his name wasRufus or Ralph cant remember, but he watched us stand there for almost 10 minutes and passed us multiple times without anyacknowledgement. Ordered pizza, wings, and parmesan knots. Asked specifically if marinara sauce came with it, was told yes (important note for... later) Was quoted 20 mins for the order to be ready, NO PROBLEM! However 40 minutes later we received our order. Was notimpressed of having to wait double the time, but THEN..... Our hot wings turned out to be BBQ wings, our knots did not come withthe sauce asked for. The only plus was the pizza was delicious! Read more

I went in to order a pizza today I asked for no sauce because of an allergy to tomatoes I was offered a different type of sauce... I chose garlic parmesan sauce I was not told there is a $2 charge for changing the sauce when I spoke to the manager he said itwas the upper Management's decision to charge this extra charge I mentioned that I did not see anywhere that there was a chargeto change the sauce I thought dynamos prided themselves on no hidden fees I guess I found one the manager also said there wasnothing he can do about this extra charge after getting my pizza and got back to where I was staying I found that it was wrongit was missing items I called the store and the response I got was "what do you want us to do about it"I told them that I wouldlike to have the order fixed and made properly this person I spoke to said that won't be a problem we'll just charge you foranother Pizza. i got 2 boxes of the garlic bread twists (they are bussin) and i got them delivered to my house, it took about an hour. the... amount was $25.10 and i gave him $40, he asked if we wanted our change and i said yes, then he said he would go get it. he wentback to his car and started to drive away, i then stopped him and he said he didn?t have any change. i got my money back, raninside and gave him the exact amount. i thought this was very rude. I usually order pizza online, but instead I called the order in for delivery. I spoke to a young lady whom I had to repeat my... order to her about 3-4 times. I could hear in the background the staff yelling and laughing and she apologized that she had merepeat my card number to her because of the loud talking behind her. When I requested for delivery, she mentioned it would take1 1/2 hours, I said no problem and this order was placed at 7:02pm. So then 8:46pm comes around and still no pizza, so calledthem back for an update and the young man who answered stated the pizza was out for delivery and I should get it soon. So againIm waiting. By 9:22pm I called them again inquiring about the delivery. A young man stated the pizza was still sitting at thestore and that the order was for carryout. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I couldnt because the manager went homeand he was the shift manager and Im thinking this guy cant even speak to me without trying to figure out his words and while Imspeaking with him, he goes silent and I had to say hello several times to make sure he was still on the phone. So I informed himwhen I spoke to the gal when I placed the order, I specifically requested for delivery. He then states, the person didnt take myorder correctly and that it was not his fault it was the person who took the order. So now you know that Im thinking, this guyis not even a shift manager, because for one, you would not put blame on your staff and you will try to rectify what justhappened. Then I asked him if he was sure he was the shift manager and he hesitated and said yeah. So I told him to pleaserefund my card and expect the refund asap. He then stutterted and said it will be back in my card in 3 days and sorry for thebad experience. They can make a pizza right. Coming from the main land and trying different locations this domino's in waimea makes the pizza... the way you want it and customer service is great. You want extra sauce or proteins and vegetables no problem and it will beadded. They also have online order service and delivery. Very tasty and fresh. You can pickup or eat inside the food court atParker ranch center. Good location and easy access plus parking. Give it a try and you will be back. Read more
