Very fast and friendly service. McDonald's in Hawaii has things on the menu that can't be found in any other State. Be sure to... check out the fried pies (taro, haupia, and apple), saimin (instant noodle char siu pork flavored), Spam and Portegeuse sausagerice platters, Hawaiian tea, Kona coffee, and the McTeri Deluxe (a quarter pound burger smothered in teriyaki sauce). The food was amazing but McDonalds needs more workers there. There was a total of 3 workers working and the line was pushed onto... the parking lot. This isn?t acceptable and the wait to get our food was long. Read more
This particular McDonald's is very clean and very organized! I was very happy to come here to get a iced coffee and two... McDoubles! Not only were they fast and friendly I was out of there less than 5 minutes! I also went into the bathroom to use thefacilities and it was close to Immaculate which never happens in fast food bathrooms this place I was extremely happy with! Iwill definitely be coming back here and be telling others about it! I highly recommend! Read more
My family and I came here. Everything was great and all then as I was eating the fries I got the long long peace of hair in my... mouth. I've never ever had that happened it was awful as I almost choked on it. I took it to a worker yes they said sorry andrefunded my money but at least give me a free meal for that. They didn't send happy as I showed it to them like I was botheringthem or something. Wasnt no one hair from my group as they have curly hair and my hair is super short as it was really longstraight hair. Read more

We were required to order at the kiosk or on the moble app. We chose to use the app. Food was quickly prepared quickly and... well. We ended up eating breakfast here multiple times. (Loved thy local platter) Each day the food was good, the restaurantis one of the cleanest I've seen and the service was friendly. Read more
This McDonald's is great, they always get my food order right and our chicken nuggets are never dried out. RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO... INDOOR OR OUTDOOR SEATING. Drive thru or takeout only as of 2/22. Remodeled recently and looks really nice, can't wait to sitand eat inside:) Read more
